Nadi Ball Method Intensive Training

Dates: Friday, September 24, 2021 - Sunday, September 26, 2021
Location: Vienna

Join Sytera's intensive training on her Nadi Ball® Method for myofascial release. In Day 1, you will dive deep into the Nadi Ball® Method of guided stretching, strengthening, and self-massage, learning the fundamentals and experiencing the method personally. On Days 2-3, you will learn how to apply the Nadi Ball® Method in your teaching in person and virtually. You can sign up for just Day 1 (6 hours) or for the entire training (20 hours). You can join in person at our Vienna studio and/or online whatever works for your schedule!
